The terms and conditions are legally binding between the User (“You”, “Your”) and the Stelavi Group (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) concerning to the use of the Website https://stelavigroup.com/ additionally any other media form, the mobile Website or mobile applications linked and connected thereto the “Site”. By accessing the site, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the conditions stated in the Agreement.
- IMAGES
Stelavi Group shall ensure to provide the edited images to You according to Your expectations within the time period as mutually agreed between You and the Stelavi Group. You shall submit the images to Us in the prescribed format and any specific guideline, if any, provided by the Stelavi Group.
Stelavi Group shall delete all the images from Our system in approximately 30 (thirty) days after their respective acceptance by You. Stelavi group shall not be responsible for the quality of the edited images if the image You originally submitted does not meet Stelavi’s guidelines.
- DELIVERY
Once the images are shared by You to the Stelavi Group, We shall deliver You the edited images through email, dropbox, google drive, or any other such medium of transferring the images.
We shall make reasonable efforts in delivering the edited images in the reasonable commercially agreed time between Stelavi Group and You.
If the delivered edited images are not in Your requested format or version, You can reach out to Us through the same email for the required revisions in the images.
In certain circumstances, particularly in bigger projects, Stelavi Group shall make its best possible efforts in delivering the edited images in the requested time, and in case of any delay, the Stelavi Group shall inform You in writing.
- PAYMENTS
The price of the project shall depend on the mutually agreed terms and conditions between You and the Stelavi Group.
The details of the payment terms shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned on the invoice issued to You.
Stelavi Group reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. You shall be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties or tariffs relating to the Delivery of the images, except taxes at Stelavi’s income.
All the payments shall be made in USD (United States Dollars).
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You shall be solely responsible for the images that you submit to Stelavi Group.
All the images provided by You to Stelavi Group shall solely belong to You and Stelavi Group shall have no right or claim over those images.
The edited images provided by Stelavi Group to You shall also solely belong to You and Stelavi Group shall have no right over those images and any other data or documents provided by You.
The images on the Website shall solely belong to Stelavi Group and You shall have no right over those images.
Stelavi Group reserves the right to Use the edited images only for the purpose of their marketing and putting them in the portfolio and for no other purposes.
- COLLECTION OF DATA
You shall agree that You can reach out to Stelavi Group through this Website by registering yourself and contacting the Stelavi Group.
The personal data (“Personal Data”) required from You shall include – Your name, address, contact number, email id, and GST number only for the purpose of creating invoices after the Service is provided to You.
If We have gathered Your consent to do so, We may periodically send You details via e-mail about the products and services that We offer. You may opt out of receiving these e-mails, and hereby withdraw Your consent, at any time by ticking the ‘opt out’ box provided in the promotional e-mail.
When You access the Site, Our server automatically collects certain information such as Your IP-address, pages viewed, and length of time spent on the Site. We collect and use this information to diagnose problems with Our server, to improve Our site, and to provide content of interest to You.

- TERM
This Agreement shall be effective from the date You submit the images to Stelavi Group until the edited images are deemed accepted by You.
Stelavi Group reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and shall return payments made by You for any image that is not edited by the Stelavi Group.
Stelavi Group may or may not, at its sole discretion, return the payments made for the edited images not deemed accepted by You at the time of termination of this Agreement.
- MISCELLANEOUS
Marketing – Stelavi Group shall have the right to use Your name or logo in any of the Stelavi’s marketing material to identify You as a Stelavi customer.
Dispute Resolution – In case any dispute arises, to expedite resolution and control the cost of dispute related to the Terms of Use brought either by Us or by You, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate the dispute informally at least before 120 days before initiating arbitration.
Indemnification – You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, agents, partners, sub-contractors and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your contributions, Use of the Site, breach of these Terms of Use, any breach of Your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, Your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, or any overt harmful act toward any other User of the Site with whom you connected via the Site.
- CHANGES
Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may change from time to time and any minor changes shall be posted on the Site.
